Если GeoIP через CNextCache пустой, а «напрямую» — с городом: это закэшированный старый ответ. Нажмите /test.php?reset=Y — сбросит cookie, сессию и кэш GeoIP Aspro. На основном сайте регион из cookie сохраняется на год.
Для проверки другого IP добавьте параметр, например: /test.php?reset=Y&test_ip=176.215.4.1
